By using this website or Jade Desktop, you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
The licence accompanying each software release applies to that release. Third-party software and hardware remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
3. Self-custody
Jade Desktop is a self-custody wallet. You alone control your funds, which means:
- you are responsible for your recovery phrase and its backup;
- you should check every address and amount on your hardware wallet’s screen before you confirm;
- Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once they are confirmed by the network;
- we cannot access, freeze, recover or move your funds.
4. No warranty
The software and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds or data, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from the use of the software or this website.
6. Trademarks
Blockstream, Jade and Jade Plus are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe compatible devices. Jade Desktop is an independent project and is not endorsed by Blockstream.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date above.
