Jade Desktop is an independent project. This website is not affiliated with Blockstream.
This website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts and scripts are served from this site; no third-party services are loaded in your browser.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver and protect the site.
The Jade Desktop app
To show balances and broadcast transactions, the app connects to the Bitcoin network. Any server the app connects to can see which addresses and transactions it is asked about.
This website does not connect to your wallet or request your wallet balance, addresses or transaction history.
Your hardware wallet
Private keys are generated and kept on your Jade or Jade Plus. We cannot access them, and we cannot restore them.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use what you send only to reply and to fix the problem. Never include your recovery phrase, PIN or private keys in a message.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
